Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
Support teammates and assist in restaurant operations as needed.
Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience as a Waiter/Service Staff (freshers may also apply).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Basic knowledge of F&B service.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
