Job Description:
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Assist with table reservations and seating.
Develop rapport with guests to encourage loyalty and gather feedback.
Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and tactfully.
Ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff like servers and hosts.
Coordinate daily operations, including table assignments and service flow between the kitchen and dining areas.
Lead pre-shift briefings, covering reservations, sales targets, and special promotions.
Ensure staff adheres to company policies, service standards, and health and safety regulations.
Manage daily responsibilities and closing duties
