• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.

• Assist with table reservations and seating.

• Develop rapport with guests to encourage loyalty and gather feedback.

• Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and tactfully.

• Ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service.

• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff like servers and hosts.

• Coordinate daily operations, including table assignments and service flow between the kitchen and dining areas.

• Lead pre-shift briefings, covering reservations, sales targets, and special promotions.

• Ensure staff adheres to company policies, service standards, and health and safety regulations.

• Manage daily responsibilities and closing duties
