Full Time
Supervise and coordinate the service team during shifts.
Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous service.
Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders.
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained.
Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and service issues professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely service.
Train and guide junior service staff when required.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant service standards are maintained.
Assist with billing and closing procedures.
Follow company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a service team.
Customer-service oriented and well-presented.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
