Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Captain:

Supervision & Training: Supervising waiters and servers, creating duty rosters, and training new staff on restaurant protocols.

Operations & Quality Control: Maintaining sanitation standards for cutlery, linens, and tableware. Ensuring the restaurant layout meets set standards (mise-en-place).

Order & Billing Management: Processing payments accurately, handling orders, and ensuring, that food and beverage service meets quality standards.

Upselling: Promoting menu items, special offers, and beverages to increase sales.
