Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Captain to lead the service team and ensure smooth restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, handling guests, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage waiters/stewards during service
Ensure excellent guest experience and handle escalations
Take and confirm orders accurately
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service quality
Train and guide team members
Maintain discipline and follow SOPs
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Leadership and team handling ability
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong customer handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
