About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Member who has previously worked in a fast-paced QSR chain (e.g., Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, or similar). You will be the face of our cafe, ensuring every guest receives high-quality food and beverages with lightning-fast service.
Key Responsibilities:
Speed of Service: Maintain high efficiency in order taking and preparation during peak hours.
Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, suggest menu add-ons (upselling), and handle billing accurately using the POS system.
Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare signature coffee, beverages, and quick bites following strict brand recipes and portion control.
QSR Standards: Maintain 100% compliance with food safety, hygiene, and "Clean-as-you-go" policies.
Inventory: Assist in stock counting and reporting shortages to the Store Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a recognized QSR brand.
Skills: Proficiency in handling POS machines, basic latte art (optional but preferred), and excellent verbal communication.
Attitude: A "customer-first" mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
Availability: Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
