Assist in basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients)
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Assist chefs and cooks with meal preparation and plating
Receive and store food supplies and stock kitchen shelves
Dispose of garbage and manage recycling or composting as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
Follow food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols
Support dishwashing as required
Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen staff or supervisors
