Clean, sanitize, and maintain all kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and service ware
Operate dishwashers and manual washing stations
Scrape, rinse and sort dirty dishes, utensils, trays
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, and workstations
Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas
Stock and replenish service stations with utensils, glassware, condiments, napkins
Assist with unloading deliveries, storing kitchen supplies
Handle waste disposal and recycle where applicable
Coordinate with housekeeping / linen department for kits, towels, cloths
Assist with cleaning public and dining areas if needed
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Report equipment malfunction or hygiene issues to supervisor
Follow opening / closing checklists for kitchen and service areas
