Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for supporting the culinary team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen at a large and reputed convention center. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting chefs and cooks with food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, chopping vegetables).

• Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.

• Washing dishes, pots, and pans.

• Assisting in the proper storage of food supplies and inventory management.

• Carrying out other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Compensation & Work Details

• Monthly Salary: Rs 21,000 (This is a Cost to Company (CTC) package and includes contributions for Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)).

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass. A Diploma holder in a relevant field will be given preference.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality setting.

• Availability: Candidates must be ready to attend an interview with the Client on just 1 day's notice.
