Position: Waiter
Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

• मेहमानों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें टेबल पर बैठाना।

• मेन्यू प्रस्तुत करना और डिश / ड्रिंक की जानकारी देना।

• कस्टमर से ऑर्डर लेना और उसे सही तरीके से किचन / बार तक पहुँचाना।

• खाने और पेय पदार्थ समय पर और सही तरीके से परोसना।

• टेबल की सफाई और साज-सज्जा बनाए रखना।

• ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं पर ध्यान देना और उन्हें संतोषजनक सेवा देना।

• बिल तैयार करना और पेमेंट कलेक्ट करना।

• होटल / रेस्टोरेंट की नीतियों और हाइजीन स्टैंडर्ड का पालन करना।

Requirements:

• न्यूनतम योग्यता: 10th / 12th पास (हॉस्पिटैलिटी डिप्लोमा को प्राथमिकता)

• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स (हिंदी / अंग्रेज़ी)

• प्रोफेशनल अप्रोच और कस्टमर-फ्रेंडली एटीट्यूड

• टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता

• फास्ट-पेस्ड एनवायरनमेंट में काम करने की क्षमता

Salary & Benefits:

• सैलरी: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 प्रति माह AND PER DAY SALARY (अनुभव और शिफ्ट के अनुसार)

• फ्री मील / यूनिफ़ॉर्म प्रदान की जाएगी

• रहने की सुविधा (यदि आवश्यक हो)

• ओवरटाइम और डबल शिफ्ट के लिए अतिरिक्त भुगतान
