Hostess

Seven Seas Hotel is seeking a warm, well-presented, and service-oriented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive a memorable first impression by providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining an organized and elegant dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Manage reservations and waitlists using the hotels reservation system.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient table assignments and service flow.

• Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and waiting area.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and report feedback to supervisors.

• Ensure all guests feel valued and cared for from arrival to departure.

• Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
