The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Box Bites Café at Gopalan Mall. The role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, monitoring inventory, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and operational skills with prior experience in café or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) management.
Oversee the daily operations of Box Bites Café ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Manage and train café staff including baristas, commis, and service personnel.
Ensure adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor daily sales, control costs, and meet revenue targets.
Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory control.
Plan and implement promotional offers in coordination with marketing teams.
Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and ambience as per brand standards.
Address customer feedback and ensure continuous service improvement.
Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management.
Maintain compliance with statutory and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
8–12 years of experience in F&B or café operations, preferably in malls or QSR chains.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience in cost control, inventory management, and customer handling.
Excellent knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
