Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper temperature control and consistent food quality.
Monitor food freshness and minimize wastage.
Prepare traditional Indian beverages such as lassi (sweet/salted), chaas, masala chai, filter coffee, badam milk, jaljeera, shikanji, and seasonal drinks.
Ensure correct taste, consistency, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness of beverage preparation area and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen preparation.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Maintain inventory of ingredients related to tandoor and beverages.
Ensure timely preparation during peak hours.
Proven experience as a Tandoor Cook and/or Indian Beverage Maker.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional cooking methods.
Ability to work in high-temperature kitchen environments.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
