TEAM MEMBER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Team Member
Department: Operations
Location: RIDDHI SIDDHI

Job Responsibilities / KRAs

  • Welcome and serve customers in a polite and professional manner.

  • Take customer orders and process billing accurately.

  • Prepare burgers, food items, and beverages as per Burger Farm standards.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order preparation and serving.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, kitchen, dining area, and washrooms.

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

  • Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.

  • Maintain proper cleanliness of equipment and workstations.

  • Assist the team in daily restaurant operations.

  • Follow instructions given by the Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food and materials.

  • Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

  • Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Good communication and customer-service skills.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

  • Training will be provided by the company.
