Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join our Burger Farm outlet. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, customer service, and maintaining store hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders in a polite manner
Prepare burgers, fries, beverages, and other menu items as per company standards
Handle billing and operate POS system
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and dining area
Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed
Assist in inventory handling and stock replenishment
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle basic customer queries and complaints professionally

Skills Required:

Good communication skills
Positive attitude and teamwork
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic customer service skills
Time management and multitasking ability

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Working Hours:

8–9 hours per shift (including weekends/holidays)
