Kitchen Partner

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic kitchen Partner.

As a Kitchen Partner your role will include key responsibilities such as :

● Come to the outlets on time with good grooming standards.
● Open the outlet and keep the keys in the right place.
● Maintain complete knowledge of a particular day`s menu items.
● To carry out daily procedures including temperature checks, food labelling/dating and storage.
● Responsible for the daily Mise en place (Chopping, and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities).
● Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas.
● Also responsible for UT and Housekeeping duties.
● Responsible for the preparation of Chapati, Paratha and settle bhaji.
● Ensure food should be packed as per our standards.
● To monitor food quality and quantity and be responsible to convey it to your seniors.
● To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the workplace.
● Everyone should follow Kitchen safety rules.

● Ability to work under supervision of a limited range
● Understanding of health and safety

Qualification:

● Experience of kitchen equipment.
● Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives, stove.

Minimum 6 months relevant experience.
