Job Description – Café Staff

We are hiring a dedicated Café Staff member to prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages while ensuring smooth daily operations and a hygienic environment.

Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month (in-hand)
Experience: 1–3 years
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food & beverages as per standard recipes

• Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene & safety protocols

• Handle inventory, stock rotation, and vendor coordination

• Operate kitchen equipment and ensure timely food prep during peak hours

• Follow operational procedures and assist in smooth service

• Address customer concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Basic cooking skills with knowledge of café-style meals

• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

• Time management and multitasking ability

• Culinary certification is a plus
