We are looking for a Cafe Manager responsible for the overall operation of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, inventory control, sales growth, profitability, hygiene compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. At the same time provide excellent dining service to the guests. You will also take orders, serve food and beverages as requested if needed and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 and a friendly work environment.

Operations Management
Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service.
Open and close the cafe according to company procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, supervise and motivate cafe staff.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace discipline.
Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
Customer Service
Ensure guests receive exceptional service.
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Maintain service standards and brand reputation.
Sales and Business Development
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Monitor daily sales performance and customer trends.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Inventory and Purchasing
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
Conduct regular inventory audits.
Coordinate with suppliers and place purchase orders.
Minimize wastage, pilferage and stock losses.
Financial Management
Handle daily cash reconciliation and banking.
Monitor expenses and maintain cost controls.
Prepare sales and operational reports.
Assist management in budgeting and forecasting.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and local regulatory requirements.
Maintain health and safety standards.
Ensure proper food handling and storage practices.
Monitor adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, leadership quality, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
