JOB OPENING-
Need a Café Manager
Location- Chinar Park
Salary- ₹ 18000/- to 20000/-
Qualification- HS
Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant/café
Job Role-
· Operations Management: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing team of baristas and staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.

· Customer Experience: Maintain a visible presence on the floor, resolving customer feedback gracefully and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and top-tier products.

· Financial Performance: Manage labor costs, track daily sales, handle cash management, and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet monthly budget targets.
