Job Summary

We are hiring Bartenders for The Irish House.
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar hygiene, and delivering excellent guest experience in a lively pub environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain bar setup and cleanliness
Follow standard recipes and portion control
Handle guest orders efficiently and professionally
Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
Maintain stock and inform seniors about shortages

Requirements

6 months – 2 years of bar experience (Freshers with hotel management background can apply)
Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays
