Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of deliveries and any related paperwork.

• Deliver goods to designated locations within the assigned timeline and verify delivery details to ensure accurate and complete orders.

• Assist with loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle.

• Process payments when required and issue receipts to clients.

• Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Candidates must be an expert in route planning, time management and customer interaction. Prior experience in delivery roles will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have completed a Barista Course and possess excellent customer service skills with a passion for preparing quality coffee and beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, mocktails, and other café beverages.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.

• Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Take customer orders accurately and suggest menu items.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about inventory requirements.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Handle cash/POS billing if required.

• Assist the café team in daily operations and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Completed Barista Course (Mandatory).
