About the Role
We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Videographer who can independently handle shooting and editing.

The ideal candidate should understand real estate/property shoots, social media trends and video scripting, and know how to turn a script or content idea into an engaging video.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot property/flat videos, walkthroughs, cinematic videos, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Handle camera, Gimbal, lighting, framing, composition and color grading.
Shoot office/in-house informative and trending content.
Understand scripts and convert them into the right shots, angles, sequences and visuals.
Suggest content ideas, hooks and creative shooting concepts based on current trends.
Edit short-form Reels/Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.
Create YouTube thumbnails and basic social media creatives.
Handle basic Green Screen / Chroma Key shooting and editing.

Davinci
Photoshop
Canva
