🔹 Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of pacing, engagement, and social media trends, along with hands-on expertise in industry-standard editing tools.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand storytelling and visual quality.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

· Edit engaging video content for social media, ads, and YouTube

· Apply strong storytelling techniques and pacing to maximize audience retention

· Perform color correction, color grading, and quality enhancement

· Add subtitles, transitions, motion elements, and visual effects

· Work with stock footage, images, and video elements to enhance content

· Ensure proper audio balancing, sound design, and enhancement

· Create or assist in thumbnail design for videos

· Optimize videos for different platform formats and resolutions

· Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to align on concepts and delivery timelines

· Manage revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality standards

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of storytelling and video pacing

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects (titles, transitions, simple animations)

Experience with Canva or similar tools for quick design work

Understanding of social media video formats and trends

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects efficiently

Premiere pro software experience is mandatory

🔹 Technical Skill Requirements:

Video Editing Software:

Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)

Basic After Effects

Editing & Post-Production:

Color correction & color grading

Video quality enhancement

Subtitle creation

Composition & visual elements integration

Audio:

Audio cleaning and enhancement tools

Sound design fundamentals

Design & Graphics:

Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator

Thumbnail creation

Assets & Resources:

Stock videos and photos usage

Video elements and overlays

🔹 AI & Modern Tools (Preferred):

AI tools for video editing (auto-cut, subtitles, background removal, etc.)

AI-based audio enhancement tools

AI tools for thumbnail creation

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
