About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Video Editor to join our content production team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, visual creativity, and leveraging AI tools to create engaging, high-quality videos. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to produce videos that stand out in a competitive digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling videos for social media, ads, courses, and brand content.

• AI Tool Utilization: Use AI-powered video creation/editing tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Sora, Synthesia, etc.) to generate or enhance video assets.

• Creative Storytelling: Transform concepts/scripts into visually captivating content using cinematic editing techniques and AI enhancements.

• Motion Graphics & Effects: Apply AI-assisted effects, transitions, animations, and enhancements to improve video quality.

• Audio Editing: Enhance sound quality, sync voiceovers, and add AI-generated background music when required.

• Collaboration: Work with creative directors, content writers, and marketers to align videos with brand voice and objectives.

• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI video trends, tools, and techniques, and propose new creative approaches.

• Workflow Optimization: Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools to increase production speed and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AI video editing tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Sora, Adobe Firefly for video, or similar.

  • Strong command of industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

  • Familiarity with AI-powered motion tracking, upscaling, and enhancement tools.

• Creative Skills:

  • Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.

  • Ability to create engaging, audience-focused content across formats (short-form reels, long-form videos, ads, etc.).

• Soft Skills:

  • Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.

  • Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI-generated characters, virtual production, and 3D animation.

• Understanding of social media trends and how to create platform-specific content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).

• Knowledge of color grading and AI-enhanced VFX workflows.

• Portfolio showcasing AI-based video projects.
