Key Responsibilities:
• Creation of animated explainer videos, social media reels, intro/outro sequences, transitions, and
product walkthroughs
• Design templates for video overlays, transitions, typographic animation, iconography, and app screen flows
• Collaborate with copywriters, voice-over artists, and creative leads to bring scripts and product features to life
• Create animation kits for GTM campaigns (Scan & Pay, Bill Pay, Rewards, Referral)
• Own the end-to-end motion pipeline: brief to storyboard to animation to asset delivery
• Optimize motion videos for WhatsApp, YouTube, ShareChat, Instagram, and in-app display
• Supervise and review junior motion designers’ output; maintain design consistency and quality
• Build a reusable asset library (icons, transitions, brand elements) for faster execution
Skills & Capabilities Required:
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation design, and video content for digital platforms
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; familiarity with CapCut or Canva
motion tools is a plus
• Strong sense of timing, typography, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Ability to translate fintech scripts and product stories into visually intuitive animation sequences
• Experience in designing for vernacular and rural audiences is preferred Understanding of platform constraints
and optimization for mobile video formats
• Team leadership, time management, and creative QA mindset
