Key Responsibilities

Editing & Post-Production (Core Role)

● Edit long-format talks, interviews, documentaries, and social media reels.

● Create engaging YouTube content with clean pacing, subtitles, transitions, and branding alignments.

● Perform colour correction/grading, sound enhancement, noise reduction, and mastering.

● Develop intro/outro sequences, motion graphics, overlays, lower thirds, and reusable templates.

● Optimize final delivery formats for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.

Recording & Production (Optional)

● Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras for interviews, studio shoots, and events.

● Assist with lighting, audio setup, and multi-camera workflows (optional).

● Capture high-quality, stable and properly exposed footage.

Workflow & Coordination

● Maintain organized project timelines and media libraries.

● Use naming conventions, storage workflows and backups.

● Coordinate with content, production and design teams to ensure timely releases.

Technical Skills Required

Proficiency in:
✔ Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
✔ After Effects (bonus for motion design)

Preferred Experience:

● DSLR/Mirrorless workflows (Sony, Canon, Panasonic)

● Audio equipment, lighting, and multi-camera recording (optional)

Preferred Profile

● 4–6 years of professional experience in YouTube editing, documentary content, media production, or knowledge-based content.

● Experience editing interview-driven or intellectual content is a strong plus.

● A natural inclination toward Indian heritage, civilizational narratives, and cultural themes.
