We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Video Editor who can bring our educational content to life through engaging and professional video production.

Role Overview

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing recorded training sessions, promotional videos, social media content, and marketing materials to create compelling and high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, technical editing expertise, and a good understanding of educational content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit recorded training sessions (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) into structured, learner-friendly modules

• Create engaging promotional videos for website, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media platforms

• Add subtitles, animations, transitions, sound effects, and background music

• Enhance video quality (color correction, sound optimization, noise reduction)

• Design motion graphics, intro/outro sequences, and branding overlays

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging video campaigns

• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, LMS platforms)

• Maintain organized project files and adhere to timelines

• Ensure brand consistency across all video content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (0.5 – 2 years preferred)
  

• Proficiency in tools such as:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Final Cut Pro

  • After Effects

  • DaVinci Resolve
    
    

• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation

• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings

• Basic understanding of audio editing

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in editing educational or e-learning content

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video optimization

• Experience with AI-based editing tools

• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop / Canva)
