Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Voice Process Executive to bring their B2B Sales expertise to our team at PEOPLE INTERACTIVE I PRIVATE LIMITED in Chennai, T.Nagar. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹17000 - ₹35000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
- Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
- Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
- Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
- Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring 0.5 - 6+ years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Tamil. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below 10th is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.Other Details
