The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales of insurance products through telephonic interactions. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining policy benefits, handling queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products (Health, Life, Motor, or General Insurance).
Explain product features, benefits, and premium details clearly and convincingly.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and existing customer databases.
Follow up with customers to complete the sales process and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion ratios.
Handle objections professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the underwriting and operations team for policy issuance
