ounsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility, fees, and benefits.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions in CRM/database.
Assist students in completing application forms and documentation.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
Conduct campus tours and participate in admission events, seminars, and fairs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Build and maintain relationships with students for referrals and repeat admissions
