Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Executive in the EdTech domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote EdTech programs, seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions related to Medical, Engineering, and Study Abroad courses.
• Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, websites, emails, and campaigns.
• Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and offerings.
• Understand student requirements and qualify prospects for the sales/admission team.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with interested candidates to maximize conversions and appointment bookings.
• Maintain lead details, call logs, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate can apply
• Experience: 0 – 2 years
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• English & Kannada are mandatory
• Malayalam / Telugu / Tamil language skills will be an added advantage
