Voice Process Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Voice Process team for Gujarati language support. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions in Bengali or Gujarati via voice calls.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.

Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.

Document call details and update customer records in the system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Meet performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Requirements

Education: Minimum qualification – Graduate (any stream).

Languages: Fluency in Bengali or Gujarati (spoken), with basic English/Hindi understanding.

Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Skills:

Good communication and listening skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing).

Work Environment: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends if required).
