Job Overview

GAC is looking for a confident, customer-oriented, and target-driven Female Tour & Travel Sales Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience in tour packages, travel sales, and visa counselling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable travel solutions, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international tour packages.

Counsel customers regarding travel destinations, holiday packages, and customized travel plans.

Provide visa counselling and guide customers about visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.

Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions to customers.

Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, airlines, and visa processing teams when required.

Prepare quotations, share travel proposals, and negotiate with customers to close deals.

Maintain customer records, follow-up reports, and sales updates.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, visa rules, and travel offers.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Tour & Travel Sales and Visa Counselling field.

Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

Knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.

Basic understanding of visa procedures and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow up with clients professionally.

Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and MS Office.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
