Salary:

• First 2 Months: ₹10,000 per month fixed + commission on successful sales

• After 2 Months: ₹20,000 per month fixed + commission on successful sales

Job Description

We are looking for Telecallers / Sales Executives who can connect with potential customers, understand their business requirements, and introduce them to our ERP, Payroll, and CRM solutions.

The company will provide leads, so the candidate will not be required to generate leads independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads provided by the company and introduce the company's products/services.

• Understand customer requirements and business needs.

• Explain ERP, Payroll, and CRM solutions to potential customers.

• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the team for further discussions and sales closures.

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

• Convert interested leads into customers.

• Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or Telecalling.

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic understanding of sales and follow-up processes.

• Ability to explain products/services clearly.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn through sales incentives.
