Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for international travel packages.  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries.  Design customized travel packages including flights, hotels, visas, and activities.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.  Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels for bookings and confirmations.  Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and pricing.  Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and add-ons.  Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates.
