Travel Counsellor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Char Dham Yatra tour packages. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling pilgrimage or Char Dham packages and possess excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Char Dham Yatra tour packages

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages

• Explain itinerary details, inclusions, pricing, hotels, transport, and other services

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings in CRM or Excel

• Coordinate with operations and reservations team for smooth execution

• Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support when required

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience selling travel packages

• Immediate joiner preferred
