Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our tour and travel company. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, itinerary customization, booking arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel insurance.
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
Promote tour packages and upsell additional services.
Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Handle cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and customer complaints professionally.
Stay updated on travel trends, pricing, promotions, and industry changes.
Maintain client records and booking documentation.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
