Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day tour operations, including itinerary planning, booking and confirming services, managing transportation and accommodation arrangements, and ensuring smooth execution of individual and group tours. The Sr. Executive will liaise with vendors, hotels, and internal teams, handle guest queries and issues, and monitor service quality to maintain company standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate operational records, analyzing tour performance, supporting event and group tour logistics, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills for handling end-to-end tour coordination and logistics.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for evaluating tour performance, costs, and service quality.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for interacting with guests, vendors, and internal teams.

Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry in South India and experience in tour operations or travel agencies is highly beneficial.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tours simultaneously, and resolve operational issues promptly.

Proficiency with basic office software and reservation/booking tools; familiarity with CRM or tour management systems is an advantage.

Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
