Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telesales/Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a call center environment and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound/inbound customer calls to generate sales, resolve queries, and provide product/service information.
2. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products/services, industry trends, and competitors.
4. Utilize ERP software to manage customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance tracking.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in telesales.
Requirements:
1. 1+ year of experience in a call center environment (telesales/telemarketing preferred).
2. Proven sales track record and ability to meet/exceed targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products/services quickly.
5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
