Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion:

  • Upselling: Promote and sell add-on covers and other relevant insurance products. 

• Customer Management:

  • Renewals: Contact existing customers to remind them about policy renewals and assist them through the process. 

  • Query Handling: Address customer queries regarding policy details, claims, and other concerns. 

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to clients and manage client relationships effectively. 

• Administrative & Operational Tasks:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and policy records. 

  • Claims Assistance: Assist customers throughout the claims process, coordinating with the central assessment team or other relevant departments. 

  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales and customer interactions to higher authorities. 

Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal and presentation skills. 

• Sales & Negotiation: Proven sales, negotiation, and goal-oriented skills. 

• Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of various car insurance policies and products, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends. 

• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and resilient personality. 

• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office are often required. 

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage time efficiently.
