Job Summary:
The Placement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with Placement Officers (POs) to arrange vehicle placements by identifying suitable loads through the BlackBuck app and ensuring timely vehicle deployment. The role requires strong coordination, follow-ups, and operational efficiency to meet placement targets and ensure smooth load fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Placement Officers (POs) to understand vehicle requirements and load demands.
Identify and match suitable loads using the BlackBuck app.
Ensure timely placement and deployment of vehicles as per business needs.
Regularly follow up with POs to track vehicle status and availability.
Monitor placement performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Maintain accurate records of placements and update internal systems.
Resolve operational challenges related to load allocation and vehicle deployment.
Maintain strong coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good follow-up and negotiation ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of logistics or transport operations preferred.
Familiarity with mobile applications and basic MS Excel knowledge.
