job description of the role –
Doing Outbound calls to the customers and pitch them about motor insurance and tell them the benefits and importance of the insurance.
It is a target-based job.
You will get a fixed in hand salary and on completion of target you will get additional incentives too.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call Centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service and completing sales target. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Looking for candidates who have -
•Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills. – (ENGLISH, HINDI)
•Preferable experience in Voice Process Sales
•Willing to work in 10am-7pm shift (sometimes the shift might extend) & work from office only
