Position Overview:
The Tele sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting products or services, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate details.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Handle objections effectively and convert prospects into customers.
Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Submit regular sales reports to the manager.
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.
Confident and self-motivated.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Customer-focused with patience and empathy.
Positive attitude and adaptability.
