मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

ग्राहकों को कॉल करके कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट्स या सर्विसेज की जानकारी देना।
पुराने और नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क बनाए रखना।
ग्राहकों के सवालों और शिकायतों का समाधान करना।
सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करने की कोशिश करना।
कॉल डिटेल्स और ग्राहक की जानकारी को रिकॉर्ड में अपडेट करना।
सकारात्मक और पेशेवर व्यवहार के साथ ग्राहक से बातचीत करना।
कंपनी द्वारा दी गई स्क्रिप्ट और गाइडलाइन को फॉलो करना।

🧩 योग्यता:

न्यूनतम ग्रेजुएट
अच्छी हिंदी बोलने की क्षमता (अंग्रेजी का ज्ञान हो तो अतिरिक्त लाभ)।
बेसिक कंप्यूटर और फोन हैंडलिंग स्किल्स।
आत्मविश्वासी और विनम्र स्वभाव।

💼 अनुभव:

टेलीकॉलिंग / कस्टमर केयर / सेल्स में अनुभव वांछनीय है।
