Key Responsibilities

• Call potential leads generated from campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins

• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant gym memberships or training plans

• Convert qualified leads into gym walk-ins or direct sales

• Maintain strong follow-up and handle objections professionally

• Coordinate with front desk and trainers for trial/demo bookings

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales (fitness, wellness, EdTech, or B2C preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable making 60–100 calls per day
