About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Promote and cross-sell banking products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Achieve sales and service targets assigned by management.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and processes.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines.
Update customer interactions and records accurately in the system.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers

Experienced Candidates
Undergraduates with 6 to 9 months of relevant customer service, telesales, or BPO experience can apply.
Candidates with banking, customer support, or voice process experience will be preferred.
