About the Role

The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries, promoting banking products, and generating sales through cross-selling opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests.

• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.

• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.

• Achieve sales and service targets assigned by management.

• Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and processes.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines.

• Update customer interactions and records accurately in the system.
  

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers

• Graduate candidates can apply.

• No prior experience required.

Experienced Candidates

• Undergraduates with 6 to 9 months of relevant customer service, telesales, or BPO experience can apply.

• Candidates with banking, customer support, or voice process experience will be preferred.

Age Limit

• 18 to 30 Years
