🎂 Age: 18–30 Years Job Timimgs : Any 9 hours which will be told during the interview day which you will attend physically.
💰 Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell two-wheeler loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms.

• Follow up with leads to ensure timely loan conversion and disbursement.

• Coordinate with field sales teams, dealer partners, and backend teams.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.

• Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in two-wheeler loans or personal loans.

• Strong communication skills in English and any one/two of Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi.

• Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.

• Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is preferred.

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
