We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, identifying potential customers, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to prospective clients and generate business leads.
Identify customer needs and explain company products/services.
Qualify leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Experience in cold calling, telecalling, or lead generation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Lead Generation.
