Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Home Loan Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the home loan industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to home loans.

- Guide customers through the home loan application process.

- Collect and verify customer documents.

- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.

- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

- Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
