Job Description:

As a Property Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion. Your responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound calls to leads provided by the company

- Convincing potential customers to visit properties or offices

- Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any stream

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (telecalling/sales)

- Excellent communication and convincing skills

- Strong lead calling, follow-up, and conversion abilities
